The Space

With over 3,600 square feet of living space, the home is designed for gathering while still offering plenty of room to spread out. The main-level primary suite features a king bed, a private bath with walk-in shower and massage jets, and its own screened porch—perfect for quiet mornings with coffee and creek views.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds and share a fully remodeled bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a massive bonus room we affectionately call “the Bunkhouse,” featuring two queen beds and two twin beds, making it a favorite for kids, teens, or larger groups.

The open-concept main living area features a cozy gas fireplace and flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large eat-in island—ideal for preparing meals while enjoying views of the surrounding woods and creek.
