The Space

With over 3,600 square feet of living space, the home is designed for gathering while still offering plenty of room to spread out. The main-level primary suite features a king bed, a private bath with walk-in shower and massage jets, and its own screened porch—perfect for quiet mornings with coffee and creek views.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds and share a fully remodeled bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a massive bonus room we affectionately call “the Bunkhouse,” featuring two queen beds and two twin beds, making it a favorite for kids, teens, or larger groups.

Living & Gathering Areas

The open-concept main living area features a cozy gas fireplace and flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large eat-in island—ideal for preparing meals while enjoying views of the surrounding woods and creek. An upstairs second living area provides the perfect spot for kids’ gaming setups, movie nights, or watching the big game.
